About Me

Hello, I’m Christine! I received my doctorate in Statistics from Berkeley, and despite being at Berkeley for 11 years, I’m still a dedicated Christian. I’m a data scientist in tech and am married to Vinayak, an Indian, Hindu-become-Christian product manager in tech. And that pretty much hits on every aspect of what I’m passionate about – tech, data science, social media, relationships, religion, cultural differences, and how being a Christian shapes my actions and thoughts around each of those areas as I encounter them. This is my outlet where I reflect on and share my own experiences and learnings from the complex yet rewarding struggle of living a rooted and reflective life in the midst of a transient culture.
